Let’s clarify your needs. It is important that we get a clear understanding of your organizational requirements. To do this we arrange a meeting (face-to-face or zoom). If you don’t have a job description, we can help with that.

Now that we understand the technical requirements on paper, we also take the time to understand your business, and the type of individuals that would thrive in your culture. 

We consider the market conditions, the availability of your required candidates, your role and the attractiveness of your remuneration package. 

The next step is to agree on the type of time scales you have in mind for your project. Once we agree to these timescales we ensure that we stick to it throughout the recruitment process.

Access to top talentWe employ a range of advertising solutions, candidates currently on our system, active networking with key contacts in the market and keeping up-to-date with social media trends.

The interview(s). After successfully screening your preferred candidates based on all of your technical, creative and personality requirements, we are also able to arrange psychometric testing and assessments as part of your vetting process (if required).

Referencing and criminal background check: Full referencing for your potential new employee to guarantee their credibility.

Finally we manage the offer, to ensure that you secure your new hire in your ideal timescales, at the right salary level.
