We recruit for most sectors and ensure that candidates meet your specifications both on paper and in person. We follow the following process:
- We discuss your requirements in depth and do research on your business and to find the best placement for your work environment
- After our initial screening and interview, we will send you a short list that matches your specifications
- We do a criminal background, social media and employment reference check on each shortlisted candidate
- Once you select the right candidate for you, we’ll present the offer to the candidate, followed by a work contract and start date.
- Once the candidate commences employment, we’ll send you an invoice.
** Note that can companies outside of South Africa are required to pay a retainer fee.
** We offer all our clients rebates and guarantees (see our SLA)
** If you’re working with multiple recruiters, it would be best to give us a pass. We prefer that our clients work solely with us.
